Underground utility installation, including open-cut trenching, directional drilling and pipeline tie-ins, usually means excavation equipment and material laydown occupying part of the roadway for extended periods. NPL crews need a traffic control partner who can hold that space reliably from mobilization to demobilization.
JTS builds site-specific traffic control plans for NPL's underground work, covering everything from single-lane alternating traffic to full road closures with signed detour routes, and keeps TCPs on site for the full duration of the job.
